UTA’s Gaming and Esports business represents world-ranked pro athletes and streaming talent as well as blue chip brands and AAA publishers. With the ability to form partnerships with top talent and Global brands, UTA is at the forefront of the creator economy. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who is proactive, highly organized and thoughtful, and creative in how they think through solutions for brand clients. You will be a key member of the new group launching within Gaming & Esports – UTA Creator Media, working on the activation of media partnerships for endemic and non-endemic brands within the gaming space.

Responsibilities

  • This Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Creator Media sales in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external
  • Participate in and lead brainstorms around concepts and activation ideas for brand initiatives
  • Work closely with the Media sales team and cross-functionally throughout the sales cycle and serve as advisor to internal and external clients on post-sale best practices
  • Act as main client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all campaign components
  • Serve as internal lead on campaign execution, ensuring all teams/stakeholders are aligned going into deployment
  • Schedule and lead kick-off calls internally and externally with clients to manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide highest level of customer service to clients both internal and external, as lead point person for campaign executions
  • Lead overall program to ensure assets are submitted, scheduled, approved and delivered, including additional client requests, campaign optimizations, and deployment troubleshooting
  • Compile progress and final reporting data, lead final campaign analysis process including report and deck building, insights gathering, and final presentation to client partners.
  • Act as day-to-day liaison with internal teams, keeping stakeholders (sales, talent, leadership, etc) apprised of all milestones, issues, updates and relevant details throughout program
  • Own the Insertion Order/Partnership Agreement process between client and internal stakeholders, verifying accuracy of Internal IO/client insertion order/Partnership Agreement(s) prior to deployment

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on account management and campaign execution in the influencer marketing / branded content space
  • 3+ years successfully managing and executing large-scale media campaigns
  • Knowledge of the broader Gaming and Esports space is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee client relations and execute multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing timelines, client needs, and process adjustments
  • The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities
  • Strong relationships with brands and potential partners in the space
  • An understanding and passion for the major cultural opportunity that exists within the gaming and esports space and an unquenchable desire to learn, absorb and grow within this industry
