Frontend Engineer

The Loaded Product team is looking for a talented Frontend Engineer who is able to develop client-side web apps that support our data product offerings and can assist in defining and building out a lean & mean development process, team, and stack.

Reporting to an engineer turned SVP of Product, the ideal candidate must be very pragmatic, productive, open-minded, and passionate about the space and the innovations they are making to it.

• Build custom frontends and components for our in-house analytics platforms and tools
• Spend time incorporating and maintaining scalable UI based on established style guides
• Collaborate with coworkers and stakeholders to design and scope new features and roadmap - acting as a gatekeeper for frontend feasibility and a resource for determining efficient pathing
• Assist in efforts to hire and build out our engineering team and process
• Research, evaluate, and make long-lasting architectural and design decisions for company-wide tech offerings

• An open-minded disposition in addition to informed opinions, and established views about development solutions/processes/architecture/patterns, and the ability to express them productively
• Expertise in building full-scale solutions with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue (preferred), React, or Angular (and ideally in a Typescript environment)
• Experience contributing to data-heavy products
• Comfort and experience working on a very lean and high-impact team. There are no NPCs at Loaded, only main characters!
• The ability and desire to identify and ultimately resolve UX issues, poor feeling interactions etc., without needing direct and exhaustive guidance
